Work Out Your Hair- Part 3

2) after your workout is over, don't comb or brush your hair til your skin & scalp are dry (if time allows let it air dry) & wear a shower cap before you shower. It's not necessary to shampoo your hair after every workout, that's also too drying. Consider 1-2 times a week or less, depending how often you're exercising. There are scalp spray antiseptics/freshners on the market as well as dry hair shampoos to cleanse & deodorize your scalp. 3) Avoid putting excessive heat on your hair.Continue to use your favorite shine product or moisture mist for natural hair styles before or after your workout. Consistency = progress. Here's to a healthier you!
